1. What is the one book you want us to read (title, genre, and availability).
   
   Stop the Insanity Target 2014. This is a political manifesto for those of us who are fed up with the mess in Washington and would like to do something about it. Available on Amazon in both e-book and print versions.
   
   
2. Give us a one sentence synopsis.
   The book offers a plan to end the dysfunction in Washington along with twelve innovative ideas for solving important problems our country faces.
   
   
3. Who are the main characters and who would you like to see portray them in a movie?
   This is non-fiction and the main characters are the worthless politicians we send to Washington and the American Public which needs to end this insane practice.
   
   
4. Tell us about the story, but please don't reveal too much.
   Again, not a ‘story’ but a plan to elect 30 to 40 Independent members of the House of Representatives in 2014 and have them implement some important changes.
   
   
5. What inspired you to write this book and how long did it take?
   Reading about the futile bickering between Democrats and Republicans in Congress and realizing that something had to be done was my inspiration. It took close to a year along with a lot of feedback from friends and fellow authors.
   
   
6. What other books have you written?
   I’ve written two unpublished books. The first was Mankind’s End, a science fiction novel in which I introduce some useful economic, social and political ideas. The second was Tales from the Top which is an autobiography in which my dog Toppy describes a number of important events in his first year and a half. It is a great book for kids of all ages and I may eventually publish it.
   
   
7. Which authors inspired you, your style?
   
   In my first book, Mankind’s End, I was trying to follow in the footsteps of Poul Anderson, a science fiction writer, who included Libertarian ideas in his works. In Stop the Insanity the ideas and style are pretty much my own but I was influenced by ideas from Ron Paul, Jack Kemp, Art Laffer, and Jude Wanniski.
