Vietnam: A Soldier's Journal is a personal memoir of my tour of duty in Vietnam during the war that tore America's heart in half. It is a tale of his adventures and misadventures while serving in the rear echelons of the 9th Infantry Division. This telling of the Vietnam story is not politically correct, just true. Although not a chronicle of combat, I was privileged to investigate and report on many acts of valor, including four that earned the Medal of Honor. The book closes with lessons learned from the war, lessons that politicians and the public should remember for the future.
