Bloggers: Current Affairs

I used to read two or three newspapers every day, cover to cover. I included local newspapers for the cities I lived in (Baltimore - Honolulu - Denver - Los Angeles), a national paper such as the New York Times, and a foreign paper such as Le Monde (English Edition). I never depended upon broadcast media for the news.

Unfortunately, the standards of professional journalism have ebbed and anyone truly interested in ferreting out "the truth" has to turn to many sources including blogs.
